Audio Recordings: When you email a recording to our service, we process the audio to generate a transcript. Audio files are processed in real-time and are NOT stored after transcription is complete.

Transcripts: We store transcript metadata (word count, date) to track your usage. The transcript content is delivered to you via email and is not stored on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage data including number of transcriptions, sign-up date, and subscription status.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

• To provide and improve our transcription service
• To send you transcripts via email
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send service-related communications (welcome emails, usage notifications)
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Audio Data Handling

We take your call privacy seriously:

• Audio recordings are processed by our transcription provider (Deepgram) in real-time
• Audio files are NOT stored on our servers after processing
• Transcripts are formatted by AI (Anthropic Claude) and delivered to your email
• We do not listen to, review, or share your audio recordings

• Deepgram: Audio transcription processing
• Anthropic (Claude): Transcript formatting and analysis
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Email delivery
• Cloudflare: Email routing and security
• Vercel: Web hosting
• Neon: Database hosting
• Google Ads: Advertising (conversion tracking via Google Tag)

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@getquickscribe.ai.
